Refund policy
The orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once it is placed
All products are made to order and hence cannot be returned or refunded, in case of unforeseen circumstances such as the product that the customer has order does not pass the quality check from our side a refund for the item would be issued.
A return and refund is not to be made in case of customer dissatisfaction.
incase of a damaged product being delivered, a return is accepted provided that a video of unpacking is submitted ( refund will not be accepted if the customer fails to submit an unpacking video).
since the products are handmade with natural material such as shells, flowers and pearls, there are small imperfections often, such imperfections are no way considered damaged and will not be qualified for a return/refund.
since the products are made to order, cancellation post ordering cannot be done and one should keep in mind that a product takes around 6-15 days to produce and another 4-5 days for delivery hence a delayed delivery would no means be a ground to request a cancellation.
incase of delays in delivery, one cannot issue a refund.
If the package is lost during the shipment, a refund is issued.
if a package is not delivered, because of refusal during delivery, incorrect address, unavailability of the customer and not reachable, a refund would not be made.
if a package is returned back to the workshop a second attempt would be made to resend the parcel and will not qualify for a return.
